Ashtar

The Venus Worshiper

Ashtar, the multidimensional wizard, is as much a precise alchemist as a heartfelt poet.

It took me some time to know his name! For a little more than a week, he remained a nameless, mysterious presence in my home, until my dear sister-in-law came for a visit and fished his name out of the air!

He is a giggling trickster as much as a deeply centred presence who can bring you back to your own body at a glance.

He worships the goddess Venus and remains in deep contemplative silence, following her cycle through the sky throughout the year.

A poem from Ashtar:

"I come from a star
I come from your heart
I come
I come from the start
And I've seen how it all restarts!
I come.

Silence now!
Butterflies are sharing their songs!"

If you're the one to bring Ashtar home with you, be mindful that Venus will come to your house. Place Ashtar in a spot where he can easily gaze at the stars and contemplate his goddess as she rises. For the sake of your own heart, consider joining him in this contemplation.

I've been watching Ashtar sitting in my window, waiting for Venus to appear every night. It brings me the feeling of passionate discipline—when discipline is not born from a mental process, but from a purely devoted heart. He is receiving as much as he is giving through this loyal meeting.

He is a very quiet Mystical Doll, and as I said, sometimes he giggles.

It has been lovely to have him around.
